Overview

I designed a menu for a restaurant called Mermaid Inn and it is an elegant vegetarian sushi restaurant based in Austin, TX. There is a subtle zen garden theme to support the vegetarian sushi concept. The cuisine includes sushi, teas, and signature cocktails.
